Bailey K. Day

Bailey is a creative producer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Television from the University of Arizona and is actively working to earn her MBA in Entertainment Management at Ithaca College.

 With the goal of creating greater representation in media, Bailey is always excited to help artists tell their unique stories. In her free time, Bailey partners with local nonprofit organizations around the country, creating promotional media and short documentaries to help raise funds and awareness.

Her work has earned recognition and awards at both domestic and international festivals, such as the LA Independent Women Film Awards, Paris Cinema Awards, Cannes Shorts, and the Lift-off Filmmaker Sessions at Pinewood Studios, amongst others.
After school, she hopes to continue her work in the media producing community, with special interests in episodic streaming content, music artist representation, and publishing talent acquisition.

 

Sophia Titus

Sophia Titus graduated in the Fall of 2021 from Ithaca College Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Television and Digital Media Production and a minor in Legal Studies. 

With the passion for entertainment and pop culture, Sophia has an extensive background in live event and television production. Having held a variety of positions including content producer and multimedia journalist, she brings a diverse skillset to the table. In her free time, Sophia works for Ithaca College’s Television station, ICTV, where as Director of Promotions, she manages all on-air promotional content as well as promotional live-events.

As a student, Sophia is known to be endlessly curious, friendly and a go-getter. Pending graduation, Sophia hopes to go into television series production, where she can help tell the stories she loves to hear everyday.

 

Thomas Andersen

Thomas Andersen is a content creator based out of Holmdel, New Jersey. From a very young age he was always interested in creating films. Creating short films from a young age with his lifelong friends. Through his life Tom has been creating films and really dove headfirst in the art. After joining the TV and Film club in highschool , Tom was fully invested into creating media content.

After being guided by his mentor through his four years of high school Tom eventually graduated from high school. After graduating from Holmdel High School in 2018, Tom continued his education in Ithaca college were he graduated with a degree in Television and Radio and a minor in Media Literacy in 2022.

After four years of doing incredible work with ICTV and through the school. He decided to continue his education and work towards his MBA in Entertainment and Media Management, where he is expected to graduate in 2023.

 

Jordan DeSilva

Jordan DeSilva is a recent graduate of Ithaca College with a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management and a minor in Live Event Design and Management. She is continuing her education through the MBA cohort.

Jordan is the current project manager for “These Things Take Time”, a visual ep incorporating three songs from an underground singer/songwriter that tell the story behind her lyrics.

Throughout her past experiences working within sporting events and music/production companies she gained experience in operations, sponsorships, research and outreach, and marketing and through the MBA program she is excited to be able to develop more of her producing skills.

After graduation, Jordan is hoping to work within the music industry, supporting independent artists and helping them build up their brand.

 

Blake Eischen

Blake Eischen is a recent Ithaca College graduate with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Roy H. Park School.

Outside of the classroom, Blake plays on the Men’s Lacrosse team at IC and is a graduate of The Leadership Academy, an invite-only four year training program for student athletes.

Professionally, Blake has enjoyed past experiences learning about and working hands-on in business acceleration, marketing & live event experience, sponsorship, social & digital media and ticket sales & ancillary revenue in the sports and travel industries. 

Christian Bassi

Christian is a current MBA student with a background in business administration and global supply chain management.

The CFO of Strong Bodies & Minds, An Athlete’s Journey with Mental Health, Christian has been responsible for all thing’s budgeting and financial for the event.

Christian received his undergraduate from SUNY Plattsburgh, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team for four years.

Rachel Richards

Rachel Richards graduated in the Spring of 2022 from Ithaca College Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Television and Digital Media and a minor in Business. She was also a Leadership scholar.

This fall, she was an active member of the Ithaca Women’s Soccer Team and the Leadership Academy. Rachel was a 2022 Liberty League champion and was a four-year All-Liberty League Scholar-Athlete.

Rachel is an active producer for a CBI Student Broadcast award-winning show on ICTV called Hold That Thought. This live sports debate show discusses local Ithaca College and Cornell sports, as well as professional sports. Rachel was fortunate enough to work two internships at DDO Artist Agency and Absurd Hero Productions in Los Angeles this past summer.

After completing her MBA, Rachel hopes to utilize her skills to work in production. She hopes to use her MBA to further her industry knowledge and network with and learn from talented professionals. Pending graduation, she is seeking employment in production in Los Angeles, Austin, or Atlanta. 

 

Chris Galassi

Chris is part of Ithaca College’s 2022-2023 MBA Entertainment & Media Management cohort. He previously studied at Ithaca (Class of 2020), earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinema & Photography (Cinema Production Concentration).

During the time between earning his Bachelor’s Degree and joining the cohort, he worked as a Producer and Video Editor for a startup production company located in New York City. He also worked on a variety of projects including the BET+ original, “A Message from Brianna” as well as projects by NYC filmmaker André Joseph. Some of these projects include “Dismissal Time” and “Marked” as well as upcoming projects “American Gunslingers” and “Wounds” (working title). For his project with the MBA program, he served as the Talent Booker for the inaugural concert event, Young Blood Discovery Festival.

Following his graduation in the Summer of 2023, Chris will be looking to pursue new opportunities in the film and television industry. 

Brady Lynch

Brady graduated in the Spring of 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Media. During her undergrad, she played 4 years of varsity soccer, and made the varsity basketball team here at Ithaca her senior year which she has continued to play on during her graduate year.

Brady was a debate host on ICTV’s The Gridiron Report during the fall of her senior year, and has worked for the Ithaca Athletic Communications dept. helping with various gameday operations. This past summer she worked as a digital media and marketing intern at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater for the 2022 summer concert season.

After completing her MBA, she hopes to pursue a career in live sports or music.

Kaylee Agnello

Kaylee is a member of the 2023 MBAEM cohort who previously studied at Ramapo College of New Jersey, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts/Digital Filmmaking. During that time, she had produced/directed a few short films, including a documentary called “The Last Responder” and a fiction film called “Making Friends”. She also currently has a short documentary in the works for her capstone for this program!

Outside of that, she likes to keep her creative juices flowing by hand lettering different projects as well as making decorations/planning for small events. She has credits for hand lettering book titles and has designed logos as well as tattoos. This program has allowed Kaylee to explore different passions and she is excited to work in any branch of the entertainment industry post-grad!

 

Shana de urioste

Shana de Urioste is a proud 2022 alumna of the University of Southern California, earning her degree from the School of Cinematic Arts with a minor in Business Finance.

Shana has extensive work experience in the creative production departments at NBC Sports Olympics, Fox Sports, Fox Entertainment, and Fox Alternative Entertainment.

As a competitive ultra marathoner, cyclist, swimmer, and triathlete, Shana looks forward to combining her passion for the outdoors with her destiny as a producer pending her graduation.

 

Luka Radovich

Luka Radovich recently graduated in May of 2022 from Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications with a degree in Sports Media.
Outside the classroom, Luka is a member of the Men’s Basketball team here on Ithaca’s campus. He earned all league and all region awards following the conclusion of the 2021-22 season.
Luka has had internship experience with the CBS Sports streaming service, CBS Sports HQ, as well as Showtime’s most popular football talk show, Inside the NFL. He has also been an assistant to photographers at the Barclays Center during Showtime Live Boxing events.

 

Colin McCarthy

Colin McCarthy completed his undergraduate degree at Ithaca College in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing and Management while minoring in Data Analytics. During his time as an undergraduate Colin was a varsity member of the Ithaca Men’s Rowing Team and continued to row during graduate school.
For professional experience, Colin has held positions within two different marketing agencies, RQ Media Group, and MediaHub WorldWide. During his most recent employment experience with RQ Media Group Colin worked as a production assistant on an advertising campaign for HBO’s The Last of Us sending promotional packages to social media influencers and tracking engagement and impressions on posts following. Colin also worked as a media planning assistant and information technology intern at MediaHub WorldWide during the summer of 2022. In this position, Colin shadowed daily and weekly status meetings and helped to approve out-of-home advertisements for placement on billboards.
Colin’s career aspirations involve working in the live event industry in a digital marketing/event promotion or ticket sales position. Through his time working with local bands and venues for his MBA project to produce Ithaca’s first Young Blood Discovery Festival, Colin gained a passion for live music and event management while getting great experience with marketing, sales, project management, and much more. He sees himself working for either a music venue or band as a promotor in the future.
