Charlie Niebuhr

Charlie is a graduate student getting his MBA in Entrtainment & Media at Ithaca College. Charlie gradudated undergrad at Ithaca College in May 2024 with a major in Intergrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Entreprenuership & Innovation. Charlie is a member of the men’s lacrosse team at Ithaca College.

Jackson Sherry

Jackson is also a graduate student within the Entertainment and Media Management MBA program at Ithaca College. He graduated from Union College in 2024 and got his undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Film Studies. Following his graduation from Ithaca in May, Jack plans on pursuing a career as a live event producer.

Gordon Begent

 Gordon Begent has served as the Ithaca Youth Bureau’s Recreation Program Coordinator since 2019. Prior to working at IYB, Gordon graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Health and Physical Education (2011). After graduating from Ithaca College, he worked for the Ithaca City School District as a teacher and coach.

At the Ithaca Youth Bureau, Gordon oversees all athletic programming for youth sports. Gordon manages all of the sports leagues and works alongside Tito for coaches’ training, schedules, and on-site supervision. As an Ithaca native, Gordon passionately works hard to ensure all young program participants have the best experiences possible while registered for IYB programming. Gordon is committed to building and developing safe and inclusive programming for all program participants in the Ithaca community.

Ernesto Villa

Tito Villa is a dedicated Recreation Specialist at the Ithaca Youth Bureau, where he plays a vital role in fostering community engagement and youth development. A native of Ithaca, NY, Tito passionately coaches soccer and baseball, instilling teamwork and sportsmanship in young athletes. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, he oversees the Stewart Park Day Camp, ensuring a fun and enriching environment for children during the summer months. Kaitlyn Wahila

Kaitlyn Wahila is the Head Field Hockey Coach at Ithaca College, a position she has held since 2017. Under her leadership, the Bombers achieved significant milestones, including their first-ever conference championship in 2024 and an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2023—the program’s first since 2000. Before joining Ithaca, Wahila served as the head coach at Susquehanna University, where she was named Landmark Conference Co-Coach of the Year in 2012. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Sports Management from Ithaca College.

Tyler Heisey

Tyler Heisey is the Associate Director of Athletics at Ithaca College. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management from York College of Pennsylvania in 2014 and a master’s degree in sport management from East Stroudsburg University in 2016. Before joining Ithaca College, Heisey served as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Susquehanna University. In his current role, he oversees athletic communications, marketing, and game operations for the college’s 27 varsity sports.
